About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be the go-to support for our field agents
- Respond to requests, answer operational questions, and help our sales representatives stay focused on serving families and closing plans.
- Keep critical information accurate and organized
- Maintain leads, records, and key data within our CRM so agents and teams have the reliable information they need to succeed.
- Solve problems in real time
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and thoughtfully, ensuring agents receive timely solutions that keep their work moving forward.
- Collaborate across teams
- Partner with inside sales, operations, and other departments to coordinate special requests and deliver seamless support.
- Create a great service experience
- Communicate clearly across phone, email, and chat while building trust with colleagues who rely on your responsiveness and professionalism.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High level of customer service. You enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and ensuring others have what they need to succeed.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in administrative support, customer service, or a related role. An undergraduate degree may substitute for experience.
- Strong communication skills. You speak and write clearly, listen carefully, and approach conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Organizational discipline. You can manage multiple tasks at once, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy even in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfort with workplace technology. Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Zoom, ADP, and Salesforce
- A collaborative mindset. You work well with direction from multiple teammates and maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
