About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to multiple Real-World Evidence projects with cross-functional staff as the analytics expert
- Prepare and perform analyses of primary and secondary data
- Develop study protocols and analysis plans
- Design Real-World Evidence studies
- Communicate study results internally and externally
- Conduct data feasibility assessments, create analytic datasets, perform data analyses, and prepare study reports
- Make recommendations to clients and team members on study direction
- Anticipate implementation considerations, including facilitators and barriers to successful project and task execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in a subject related to health services research, such as health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health
- Proficiency in one or more of R, Python, SQL, or SAS
- 0–2 years of relevant prior research experience, including research conducted for undergraduate or graduate programs
- Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a diverse team
- Strong organizational skills, including meeting deadlines and balancing competing demands
- Willingness and desire to learn and share knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
