About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will collaborate with a highly specialized team of health economists, statisticians and researchers in methodologically innovative projects for our pharma and biotech clients.
- You will contribute to diverse projects including cost-effectiveness analyses and budget impact analyses to support HTA submissions and payer decisions, early economic analyses, treatment sequencing analyses, and generalized cost-effectiveness analyses incorporating novel elements of value.
- You contribute to the development of client-ready study deliverables such as model protocols, economic models, slide decks, technical reports, and peer-reviewed publications under the guidance of senior team members.
- You pay attention to detail and perform quality checks of your own work and that of others.
- You can conduct analyses, interpret the findings, and communicate the results.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-4 years of professional experience, ideally consulting experience serving pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare clients, with a focus on HEOR
- Master’s degree in a subject related to health services research e.g., health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or science (biology, biochemistry, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
- Willingness and desire to learn and share knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Highly developed analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a diverse team
