About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will collaborate with a highly specialized team of health economists, statisticians and researchers in methodologically innovative projects for our pharma and biotech clients.
You will contribute to diverse projects including cost-effectiveness analyses and budget impact analyses to support HTA submissions and payer decisions, early economic analyses, treatment sequencing analyses, and generalized cost-effectiveness analyses incorporating novel elements of value.
You contribute to the development of client-ready study deliverables such as model protocols, economic models, slide decks, technical reports, and peer-reviewed publications under the guidance of senior team members.
You pay attention to detail and perform quality checks of your own work and that of others.
You can conduct analyses, interpret the findings, and communicate the results.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-4 years of professional experience, ideally consulting experience serving pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare clients, with a focus on HEOR
Master’s degree in a subject related to health services research e.g., health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or science (biology, biochemistry, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
Willingness and desire to learn and share knowledge
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
Highly developed analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a diverse team
