About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee project workflows and manage project documentation
- Coordinate medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review processes
- Support financial tracking and invoicing activities
- Act as a primary client contact for project status updates and operational discussions
- Ensure compliance with relevant client and industry requirements

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required
- 1–3 years of project management experience within a pharmaceutical-related service business such as medical communications, healthcare advertising, sales training, or digital production
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting project budgets, financial monitoring, invoicing, or resource planning activities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools
- Ability and willingness to travel as required
