About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support overall financial management for client portfolio
- Prepare and lead monthly status meetings with project managers
- Review & reconcile new projects, change orders, and financial trackers
- Set up new clients and review intercompany revenue/cost transactions
- Prepare monthly project revenue forecast and client invoicing
- Review and investigate hours and expenses for client projects
- Assist with ad hoc projects and the annual budget preparation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum concentration accounting, finance or business
- 3+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
