About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overseeing multiple projects comprised of cross functional staff
- Serving as the project manager and primary client contact on the project
- Ensuring overall quality and developing recommendations based on expected impact
- Communicating risks and opportunities to ensure staff alignment
- Reviewing and signing off on deliverables as client ready including protocols, statistical analysis plans, technical reports, and slides
- Identifying necessary deviations from templates to ensure content aligns with objectives
- Involvement in business development and participating in sales calls
- Leading study conceptualization and drafting proposals for clients
- Line management responsibilities including ensuring appropriate staffing and creating development plans for direct reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8-10 years of experience, at least four in a consulting environment
- Master’s degree in a subject related to health services research e.g., health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health
- Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a diverse team
- Awareness and understanding of financial performance on projects
- Ability to line-manage and mentor direct reports and ensure positive staff wellbeing/team dynamic
