About the role

  • Own the Intake and Prioritisation Process: Design and operate a unified intake process for all data requests across the enterprise
  • Define Data Products with Clarity and Precision: Translate business requirements into well-specified data product definitions
  • Manage the Data Hub Roadmap: Own the 12-18 month roadmap for the Data Hub, balancing near-term delivery commitments with longer-term strategic initiatives
  • Lead Discovery and Requirements Engineering: For complex or ambiguous requests, lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Establish and Monitor SLAs: Define service-level agreements for data products
  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary interface between the Data Hub and its consumers
  • Drive Adoption and Value Realization: Track adoption metrics and gather feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, computer science, health informatics, or equivalent)
  • 4/5+ years in product management, technical program management, or a related role with demonstrated ownership of a product or platform
  • 2+ years working with data platforms, analytics products, or data infrastructure
  • Experience in life sciences, healthcare or pharmaceuticals
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups with different incentives
  • Track record of shipping data products or features that created measurable business value
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and product management tooling (Jira)
