About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to multiple Real World Evidence projects with cross-functional staff
Serve as the analytics expert on projects
Prepare and perform analyses of primary and secondary data
Develop study protocols and analysis plans
Design Real World Evidence studies
Communicate study results internally and externally
Conduct data feasibility assessments, create analytic datasets, perform data analyses, and prepare study reports
Perform data preparation and analyses independently
Make recommendations to clients and team members on study direction
Anticipate and identify facilitators and barriers to successful project and task execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in a subject related to health services research, such as health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health
Proficiency in one or more of R, Python, SQL, or SAS
0–2 years of relevant prior research experience, including research conducted for undergraduate or graduate programs
Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a diverse team
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and balance competing demands
Willingness and desire to learn and share knowledge
Excellent oral and written communication skills
