About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports client services efforts in a critical way, connecting the activities of the agency to clients
- Implements projects to promote and support the success and profitability of client deliverables
- Drives the daily tasks by communicating with internal service delivery personnel and leading client communications
- Manages overall delivery of individual client project assignments
- Facilitates medical-legal-regulatory review process to ensure compliance
- Monitors budgets and notifies the Account Supervisor of out of scope items and hours
- Provides standard and customized status and financial reports to clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- At least one year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive within an advertising, marketing, communication or related industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Flexibility for possible travel up to 5%
