💰 $75,600 - $113,400 per year
About the role
- Performs allocation and assignment of global resources for one or more small departments
- Work with stakeholder to understand resource requirements
- Identifies and recommends approaches to address current and future needs
- Identifies capacity constraints and hiring needs for department leaders
- Supports negotiations and resolution of staffing conflicts in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders
- Recommends and influences business operations as it relates to Resource Management
- Prepare metrics and summary reports on resourcing activities as necessary
- Escalate sensitive or high-risk staffing situations to the Resource Management leadership and Executive Team as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years resource management experience or equivalent, relevant experience and/or demonstrated competencies
- Proven experience in negotiating with and influencing stakeholders
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Demonstrated prior CRO or similar industry experience
- Demonstrated prior Resource Management experience
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong organizational and written communication skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Appropriate financial acumen and understanding of budgets, forecasting, utilization and realization concepts
- Strong interpersonal skills including clear and concise verbal and written communication
