About the role
- create, manage and communicate the program development workflow plan
- oversee the client’s medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) process with the PM Team
- manage and mentor Program Manager and Coordinator
- participate in the statement of work (SOW) development
- act as primary client contact for project status and invoicing
- ensure compliance guidelines are followed
- manage logistics vendor and perform meeting planning tasks
- manage vendors not associated with strategy and content
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-7 years of project management experience in a pharmaceutical-related service-based business such as medical communications, advertising, sales training or digital production
- MS Office programs including MS Project and search engines
- This position requires travel
