About the role
- Execute and optimize integrated marketing programs using a mix of content marketing, email marketing, and paid/organic digital marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Focus on implementing demand generation tactics and supporting account-based marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to deliver measurable results.
- Support the development of new content and campaigns and implement digital marketing tactics to help generate qualified leads for the business.
- Partner closely with Marketing & Sales to reach account targets, develop integrated campaigns, and deliver programs that drive high-quality MQLs and SQLS.
- Support planning for multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social media, content marketing, and emails for optimal delivery using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, RollWorks).
- Work closely with the marketing team to build landing pages, ads, emails, and other digital assets.
- Collaborate with design and content team members for the development of different elements required by the campaigns.
- Oversee the library of templates for email marketing, landing pages, forms, and other assets.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of digital marketing experience with at least 2 years in biotech/life sciences/preferably in lead generation and account-based marketing
- 2-4 years of experience of working in a matrix environment and leading marketing projects.
- Previous experience in lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics
- Strong knowledge of and experience with advertising platforms, such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, or AdRoll.
- Intermediate/Advanced knowledge (hands-on execution)of marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, AdRoll, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce)
