About the role

  • Lead change order budget creation activities between project management, functional leads, and financial analysts.
  • Provide variance analysis for change orders in preparation for presentation to the client.
  • Contribute to tracking and record keeping of change order requests.
  • Schedule and lead change order alignment calls with the extended project team.
  • Prepare, edit, and customize change order text to accurately reflect financial requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science, finance/accounting or related business field.
  • Ideally at least 3 years experience with change orders preparation in an excel based costing tool.
  • Must have clinical CRO budgeting experience
  • Working knowledge of project budgets
  • Financial analysis
  • Advanced excel skills with meticulous attention to detail.
