About the role
- Monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites
- Ensure clinical studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol
- Coordinate necessary activities required to set up and monitor a study
- Handle appropriately sized clinical trials and support larger trials
- Interact directly with clients and participate in proposal activities
- Train and mentor junior staff members
Requirements
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of CRA experience within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry
- Availability for domestic travel including overnight stays
- Experience in biopharma or relevant therapeutic areas
- Fluency in Serbian, English and Bulgarian languages
- Graduate or postgraduate degree with a concentration in scientific or healthcare discipline (preferred)
- Study startup activities experience (preferred)
- Experience with Phase I studies (preferred)
- Understanding of financial management for senior CRAs
