  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability
  • Implement best practices for data management, data governance, and data security
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions into business processes
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions
  • Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization
  • Create and improve the delivery of embedded analytics solutions to end users, helping enhance business processes
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, engineering, or a related field, master’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within data science and engineering
  • Strong technical skills in programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and data tools (e.g., Snowflake)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) is a plus.
