About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Building, managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, and other platforms such as LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and Reddit
Researching target audiences to inform targeting strategies while generating insights and recommendations
Delivering campaign performance reports that translate data into meaningful analysis and actionable recommendations
Creating and presenting paid media plans for clients, including audience targeting strategies, ad products, creative formats, budgets and timelines
Staying up to date on the latest platform trends and serving as a paid media subject matter expert

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 1 year of media buying experience and/or equivalent experience through relevant coursework or training in advertising, paid media or digital marketing
Hands-on paid media campaign management experience, particularly within Facebook Business Manager
Knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets with a strong understanding of basic formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
Experience presenting work in a professional setting and collaborating cross-functionally with various teams
Naturally curious and proactive about staying updated on platform updates and trends across the paid and social landscape
