About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead integrated communications programs across earned, influencer and social
  • Serve as a senior strategic partner to clients while guiding brand storytelling, campaign development and cross-channel initiatives
  • Oversee multiple client relationships and large-scale accounts with substantial budgets
  • Mentor and develop teams and ensure work is executed at the highest level
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, organic growth and long-term partnership
  • Provide senior-level oversight for audit processes and define advanced audience frameworks
  • Drive the creation of thought leadership pieces and overarching campaign messaging

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 9-11 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry - bonus points for big airline experience - ideally within an agency environment
  • Strong business acumen
  • Creative thinking
  • Ability to navigate complex client environments
  • Delivery of thoughtful counsel, executive-level presence and forward-thinking ideas.
