About the role
- Inbound qualification: You handle incoming inquiries, conduct structured initial conversations (discovery), and assess whether a lead is a good fit for PraxisConcierge
- Outbound prospecting: You research suitable medical practices and MVZs (medical care centers), initiate first contact via LinkedIn and phone, and nurture prospects until they are ready for a meeting with an Account Executive (AE)
- Scheduling: You book qualified demos directly into Account Executives' calendars and ensure a clean handover
- CRM maintenance: You document all activities carefully in Pipedrive and ensure lead data is up to date
- Process improvement: You contribute ideas to make qualification and outreach processes more efficient — e.g., through templates, automations, or new channels
- Events: You represent PraxisConcierge at selected medical conferences and trade shows and present our solutions to a broader audience
Requirements
- Enjoy talking on the phone and inspiring people — you confidently make cold calls
- Goal-oriented, structured way of working — you keep track even with many concurrent leads
- Business-fluent German (C2)
- Willingness to work remotely in a self-organized manner
