About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Medical Affairs activities for ulixacaltimide during prelaunch and potential launch.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and peer leadership to other MSLs.
- Contribute to territory planning, KOL identification, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality scientific exchange across the team.
- Maintain direct relationships with key national and regional KOLs, investigators, and thought leaders.
- Oversee the collection, synthesis, and communication of field insights to inform strategy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced clinical or scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or RN).
- Experience in medical affairs, clinical research, clinical care, or field-based roles within biotech/pharma.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity.
- Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Experience gathering, synthesizing, and translating field insights into actionable recommendations.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (60–80%) in a field-based role.
- Experience in neurology, CNS disorders or movement disorders is preferred.
