About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute trade and distribution strategies across rare disease and broader market channel models.
Lead implementation and oversight of 3PL partners, including inventory flow, order-to-cash, reverse logistics, and SLA management.
Support selection, onboarding, and operational management of specialty pharmacy partners.
Drive implementation of data aggregation capabilities across 3PLs, specialty pharmacies, and digital pharmacy partners.
Ensure serialization readiness, DSCSA compliance, and audit preparedness across products.
Serve as the primary operational lead across external trade, distribution, and data partners.
Partner cross-functionally with Market Access, Finance, Patient Services, and IT to ensure aligned execution and launch readiness.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–12+ years of experience in trade, distribution, market access, or specialty pharmacy.
Experience supporting commercial launches, ideally across rare disease and/or broader specialty markets.
Experience managing 3PLs, specialty pharmacy networks, and complex cross-functional implementations.
Strong understanding of channel strategy, commercialization infrastructure, and data flows.
