Key responsibilities & impact

Manage, lead and develop a team of field-based Clinical Educators.
Ensure patients experience seamless onboarding and clear education.
Partner cross-functionally with Patient Services, Market Access, Medical, Commercial, and Specialty Pharmacy partners.
Monitor field trends, patient feedback, and operational challenges.
Maintain high standards of compliance and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced clinical or healthcare degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in patient services, rare disease support, CNS-focused programs, or similar field-based healthcare roles.
3+ years of people leadership experience managing field-based teams.
Demonstrated success building and scaling patient-facing support programs.
Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy workflows, access coordination, and therapy onboarding processes.
Exceptional coaching skills with the ability to deliver direct, developmental feedback.
Analytical mindset with experience using CRM and operational data to drive performance improvement.
High emotional intelligence paired with disciplined execution and accountability.
Deep commitment to patient impact and continuous improvement.
Experience with CNS-focused programs is strongly preferred.
