About the role
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needs
- Proactively source and engage qualified candidates using a variety of channels
- Support and uphold inclusive and equitable recruiting practices
- Coordinate and manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake through offer
- Leverage social media and employer branding content to amplify Praxis's mission and culture
- Maintain accurate and timely data in applicant tracking systems
- Facilitate a high-touch, candidate-centric experience throughout the process
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across talent acquisition (e.g., pipelines, tools, reporting)
- Serve as a resource and thought partner to hiring managers, helping to guide best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in biotech or a similarly fast-paced industry
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, pipeline building, and stakeholder partnership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to earn trust quickly
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple roles and priorities at once
