About the role

  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needs
  • Proactively source and engage qualified candidates using a variety of channels
  • Support and uphold inclusive and equitable recruiting practices
  • Coordinate and manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake through offer
  • Leverage social media and employer branding content to amplify Praxis's mission and culture
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in applicant tracking systems
  • Facilitate a high-touch, candidate-centric experience throughout the process
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across talent acquisition (e.g., pipelines, tools, reporting)
  • Serve as a resource and thought partner to hiring managers, helping to guide best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in biotech or a similarly fast-paced industry
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing, pipeline building, and stakeholder partnership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to earn trust quickly
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple roles and priorities at once

  • Curious, adaptable, and energized by problem-solving in a dynamic environment
