About the role
- Conduct active prospecting of new clients, focusing on generating qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- Research and map companies with potential fit for the solution using commercial intelligence tools.
- Reach out to leads through multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) using consultative and personalized communication.
- Qualify leads according to defined criteria (profile, need, timing, and decision-making authority).
- Schedule meetings between qualified leads and sales executives.
- Keep the CRM up to date with all interactions and relevant lead information.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach and conversion strategies.
- Participate in training sessions and role-plays to improve prospecting and pitching techniques.
- Monitor performance metrics and pursue continuous improvement in results.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and conduct strategic conversations.
- Pursuing higher education (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of the sales funnel, lead qualification techniques, and methodologies such as SPIN Selling or BANT is desirable.
- Previous experience in active prospecting or inside sales (SDR/BDR), preferably in B2B companies, is desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) is desirable.
