About the role

  • As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) you handle customer inquiries and support your clients from first contact through to contract signing
  • You actively acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships
  • You monitor market trends and provide valuable input to optimize our processes
  • You also work closely with our engineering, project planning, and internal sales teams to best meet customer expectations

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an electronics technician, ideally with further qualification as a technician or master craftsman, or you have a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification
  • Ideally you already have two years of field sales experience and a strong willingness to travel is a given for you
  • You have experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho) and ideally with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Zoho, etc.)
  • Technology is your passion and ideally you already have experience with products in the e-mobility sector
  • As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) you are communicative and can convince C-level executives as a persistent yet likeable counterpart
