About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with and support US project management team and CEO.
- Manage operational and tactical aspects of various implementation projects.
- Contribute to creation of Project Plans; define project timelines.
- Effectively communicate plans, progress, and status/updates to stakeholders.
- Document significant activities and decisions from meetings.
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for customer meetings.
- Undertake project tasks as required.
- Ensure adherence to frameworks and maintain documentation in ERP.
- Assess project risks and provide solutions.
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, action items, and accountability assignments.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6-8 years of experience in related telecom & general construction projects is a Must.
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines on multiple active projects.
- Willing to work on Pacific US time (PST).
