About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with claims intake and documentation processes.
- Log and track claims information accurately within company systems.
- Verify documentation completeness and identify missing information.
- Maintain organized records and support claims follow-up activities.
- Support maintenance of fleet rental and asset tracking databases.
- Update vehicle rental status and monitor asset movements.
- Assist with record reconciliation and discrepancy identification.
- Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and operational databases.
- Assist in creating and improving business tracking tools.
- Perform data validation and accuracy checks.
- Draft and respond to business correspondence using approved templates.
- Organize digital and physical records according to company protocols.
- Maintain filing systems and document repositories.
- Support general administrative and operational projects as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related program.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience with spreadsheets and data organization.
- Interest in business operations, administration, or process improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
