About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of departments, from sourcing through offer
Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, Boolean searches, AI tools, and other creative strategies
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and guide them through the hiring process
Conduct candidate outreach, phone screens, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer management
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism
Leverage AI and recruiting technologies to improve sourcing, efficiency, and hiring outcomes
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system
Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes
Support employer branding, recruiting initiatives, and other People Operations projects
Stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing techniques, and emerging technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of recruiting experience, including significant experience sourcing passive candidates
Demonstrated success recruiting for a wide range of professional positions in a fast-paced environment
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing methods
Experience leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, LinkedIn Recruiter AI, Gemini, or similar technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational skills; ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Proactive, self-directed, solutions-oriented mindset with ownership and urgency
Experience with applicant tracking systems and Google Workspace
Alignment with PragerU's mission and values
