Deliver actionable insights on payments attachment, profitability, segmentation, onboarding, compliance, and go-to-market effectiveness.
Build dashboards, reports, and models that translate complex data into clear, decision-ready insights for senior leadership.
Lead cross-functional projects with Finance, BI, Engineering, Sales/Marketing, and Customer Success to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
Monitor external payments and healthcare market trends, connecting them back to PracticeTek’s strategy and product performance.
Ensure analysis and recommendations align with PCI, HIPAA, and other payment data security requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, operations management, statistics, or related field (MBA a plus).
2–5 years of experience in business analysis, payments, SaaS, or healthcare technology with a proven ability to deliver measurable results.
Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel and proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Salesforce).
Experience creating KPI frameworks and turning data into strategic, executive-ready insights.
Ability to connect data-driven insights to business outcomes (revenue growth, profitability, customer adoption).
Strong understanding of compliance and data security standards relevant to payments (PCI, HIPAA).
Strategic thinker and trusted advisor mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to simplify complex insights into clear recommendations.
Adaptability and curiosity to stay ahead of industry trends, analytics methods, and payment innovations.
