About the role

  • Develop and maintain a KPI framework for payments performance, giving leadership clear visibility into trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Deliver actionable insights on payments attachment, profitability, segmentation, onboarding, compliance, and go-to-market effectiveness.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and models that translate complex data into clear, decision-ready insights for senior leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional projects with Finance, BI, Engineering, Sales/Marketing, and Customer Success to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Monitor external payments and healthcare market trends, connecting them back to PracticeTek’s strategy and product performance.
  • Ensure analysis and recommendations align with PCI, HIPAA, and other payment data security requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, operations management, statistics, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, payments, SaaS, or healthcare technology with a proven ability to deliver measurable results.
  • Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel and proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Salesforce).
  • Experience creating KPI frameworks and turning data into strategic, executive-ready insights.
  • Ability to connect data-driven insights to business outcomes (revenue growth, profitability, customer adoption).
  • Strong understanding of compliance and data security standards relevant to payments (PCI, HIPAA).
  • Strategic thinker and trusted advisor mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to simplify complex insights into clear recommendations.
  • Adaptability and curiosity to stay ahead of industry trends, analytics methods, and payment innovations.
