Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or systems architecture
- Demonstrated experience defining enterprise-level architecture, standards, and technical strategy
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, multi-system transformations
- Experience influencing executive stakeholders and cross-functional leadership
- Track record of introducing new technologies, methodologies, or engineering practices at scale
- Expert in Distributed systems architecture, platform engineering, and CI/CD ecosystems
- Expert in Cloud-native architecture
- Advanced/Expert in Enterprise data migration strategy, integration patterns, and system interoperability
- Expert in Definition and governance of engineering standards and architectural principles
- Expert in Strategic problem decomposition and solution design across multiple domains
- Expert in Executive communication and organizational technical influence
