About the role
- Source and qualify developers through cold outreach, warm intros, events, and targeted campaigns
- Own partner conversations from first contact through commitment, coordinating internal diligence as needed
- Build and maintain partner materials and packaging (data rooms, one-pagers, OMs, site flyers)
- Keep the pipeline organized and moving fast with clear tracking and weekly updates
Requirements
- Strong track record in developer relations, real estate partnerships, brokerage, capital raising, or deal origination
- Comfortable working with high independence and minimal hand-holding
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to keep multiple partner processes moving at once
- Clear communicator who can pitch, handle objections, and close next steps
- Familiarity with basic development diligence is a plus (survey, topo, utilities, access, constraints)
- An existing network of developers, operators, or capital partners you can activate quickly is a strong plus
