About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the reconciliations by working closely with accounting and reporting teams.
  • Problem-solve variances between reported figures and actuals.
  • Find ways to speed up internal reporting and build better templates.
  • Support financial controls and KPIs; assist account managers with reconciliation queries.
  • Collaborate globally with partners and listen to feedback for improvements.
  • Handle accounting and recon data with confidentiality.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A degree in Business, Accounting, or Economics—or at least 2 years of solid experience working in finance or accounting.
  • Fully comfortable leading meetings and presentations in English.
  • Advanced spoken and written Spanish.
  • Ability to code and familiarity with software such as Microsoft Dynamics, big query, Excel, Power Query, Python.
  • Enjoy investigating numbers and figuring out the "why" behind data.
  • Manage tight deadlines without losing footing during month-end close.
  • Resilient and adaptable, happy working with remote, global teams.
