About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review client applications and make decisions on customer take-on
Assess escalated PEP / Sanctions / Adverse media alerts
Act as the point of contact for escalations from the first line of defence
Carry out enhanced due diligence related to suspicious customer activity
Provide comprehensive reports for the Chief Compliance Officer and senior management
Stay informed about evolving regulatory changes, laws, and guidelines on AML/CTF

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years Compliance experience within the financial services or payments industry in Luxembourg
Familiarity with CSSF regulations and requirements
Understanding of AML/CFT principles and practices
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
Professional certifications in compliance (e.g., CAMS) are a plus
Fluent in English to a professional level
