About the role

  • Support and continuously improve PPRO’s Information Security Management System (ISMS).
  • Play a key role in the ISO certification lifecycle.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Product teams.
  • Actively identify risks, maintain the risk register and drive meaningful risk treatment.
  • Support vendor security reviews and customer due diligence.
  • Design and deliver engaging security education and awareness campaigns.
  • Continuously challenge the status quo and suggest innovative ideas for automation.

Requirements

  • Solid, hands-on experience supporting or running an ISMS aligned to ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
  • Practical exposure to audits, risk management and control testing.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms, scripting, or tools like Vanta is a massive plus.
  • Commitment to excellence and exceptional ownership of work.
  • Comfortable adapting communication style to engage different stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex security concepts into actionable insights.
  • Enthusiastic about acquiring new skills and adjusting ways of working in a dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of the fintech/payments market and competitors.
