About the role

  • Supporting our accounting and reporting team with a clear focus on reconciliation of customer funds and cost of sales.
  • Preparing, comparing, identifying, analyzing and resolving differences in customer funds and cost of sales.
  • Improving the quality and speed of internal customer funds and cost of sales analysis.
  • Keeping financial controls and KPIs up to date.
  • Responding to and resolving account manager inquiries related to reconciliations.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and integrity throughout the reconciliation and accounting process.
  • Working closely with partners to understand needs and develop effective improvement plans.
  • Responding promptly to internal department inquiries.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or proven experience in the financial area.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Advanced written proficiency in Spanish is essential; spoken fluency is desirable.
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • Ability to work within tight, fixed deadlines, especially during month-end close.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams around the globe.
  • Able to multitask and remain resilient in a challenging and dynamic environment.
