About the role

Relationship Management – Deeply embedding PPRO into the fabric of the Partner, creating, strengthening and protecting the relationship.
Analytics - Utilise your analytical skills to drive insights that support the growth of revenue, profit and customer satisfaction.
Collaboration – Whilst building relationships with Partners, this employee will be building experience of PPRO’s proposition.
Innovation – The ability to not only drive results through traditional and existing services but to have the curiosity to understand the needs of the Partner.

Someone who has successfully completed a graduate program of equivalent work experience.
A passion for account management, building relationships is essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
Naturally persistent and tenacious, always following up and seeing tasks through to timely completion
Appreciation & understanding of cultural differences in doing business with international colleagues and Partners
A willingness to build interpersonal relationships deep within our client’s team structures.
