About the role
- Support day-to-day operations at the São Paulo office and provide remote support to the Argentina office.
- Manage office supplies, vendor contracts, and payments.
- Coordinate internal events and employee onboarding.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee suppliers and service providers for office maintenance.
- Organize monthly company events to foster engagement and culture.
- Plan institutional and strategic events, handling logistics coordination.
- Manage event budgets for Brazil and Argentina.
- Lead cost-saving initiatives within the administration area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative operations.
- Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- English proficiency is desirable.
