About the role

  • Support day-to-day operations at the São Paulo office and provide remote support to the Argentina office.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor contracts, and payments.
  • Coordinate internal events and employee onboarding.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain a positive workplace environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee suppliers and service providers for office maintenance.
  • Organize monthly company events to foster engagement and culture.
  • Plan institutional and strategic events, handling logistics coordination.
  • Manage event budgets for Brazil and Argentina.
  • Lead cost-saving initiatives within the administration area.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administrative operations.
  • Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • English proficiency is desirable.
