About the role
- The National Sales Director operates as a senior individual contributor with enterprise-level impact.
- Responsible for driving national revenue growth through direct sales execution, strategic account leadership, and high-value business development.
- Hold broad ownership over a national portfolio and accountable for delivering against revenue targets.
- Manage complex sales cycles and secure large-scale, strategic partnerships.
- Align solutions to client business needs while positioning the organization as a trusted partner.
- Own and expand relationships with key clients, executive stakeholders, and strategic partners across multiple markets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, finance, and operations to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business , Marketing, or a related field required
- Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience minimum 7+ years in sales leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry or market.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet sales targets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales analytics tools.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
