About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The National Sales Director operates as a senior individual contributor with enterprise-level impact.
  • Responsible for driving national revenue growth through direct sales execution, strategic account leadership, and high-value business development.
  • Hold broad ownership over a national portfolio and accountable for delivering against revenue targets.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business , Marketing, or a related field required
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience minimum 7+ years in sales leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry or market.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet sales targets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
