About the role

  • The analyst oversees the procurement process for IT assets, from vendor selection and negotiation to purchase order issuance.

  • They identify opportunities to optimize IT spending, such as consolidating licenses, renegotiating contracts, or retiring underutilized assets.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT asset management, contract management, or procurement.
  • Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management principles and practices.
  • Experience with IT asset management tools and software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CMDB, CSCP) are a plus.
