About the role
- Develop, implement, and lead the management of the PPG corporate export compliance program
- Maintain a full understanding of all PPG Export Management Procedures
- Drive implementation of the CEC Program
- Direct, guide and supervise the Aerospace Export Compliance Team
- Develop and train Aerospace export compliance function
- Review existing aerospace compliance practices to identify process improvements
- Structure, lead, and effectively manage Aerospace export compliance self-assessments
- Manage and complete Aerospace export compliance-related assignments and projects
- Lead the implementation and management of all aspects of the Aerospace Jurisdiction and Classification program
- Ensure the effective implementation of the Aerospace Transaction Screening Programs
- Develop an annual strategy for the Aerospace Export Compliance Program activities
- Timely report any potential or suspected export control violations or concerns to Leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years' experience in leading and managing Export Compliance programs
- Experience leading international export compliance programs is desired
- Ability to develop and enhance a comprehensive export compliance strategy
- Travel of up to 20% may be required
