About the role

  • Responsible for translating and implementing the global market and product strategies within the assigned region.
  • Ensure that regional customer needs, competitive dynamics, and regulatory conditions are fully understood and communicated upward.
  • Drive profitable growth, portfolio optimization, and successful regional launch execution.
  • Ensure sufficiency and quality of the sales pipeline for your respective region, technology, and application.
  • Organize and execute periodic regional VOC initiatives to capture customer insights.
  • Gather forward-looking trends to anticipate market shifts, sustainability mandates, and technology disruptions.
  • Establish educated and quantifiable positions on an ongoing basis related to external market feedback.
  • Own regional projects end-to-end, including business case development and benefit realization.
  • Update and maintain regional product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with market feedback and technology advancements.
  • Partner with the commercial sales team to forecast and execute regional product launches.
  • Identify and prioritize regional formula-cost reduction opportunities.
  • Develop regional technology training program content for commercial teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years in automotive coatings, chemicals, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to travel regionally and occasionally globally.
