About the role
- Manage the profitable sales growth for USCA Protective and Marine Coatings with focus on Data Centers build projects and related infrastructure.
- Support the goals for sales, profitability, overhead, expense control and working capital.
- Develop and execute segment, region, and customer sales strategies.
- Lead and direct activities for geographically focused project development managers
- Ensure cooperation between the strategic sales managers, key account managers, technical service representatives, technology centers, marketing, product management, customer service, manufacturing, and other PPG in matrixed environments.
- Collaborate across matrixed organization.
Requirements
- A college degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience across sales, marketing and segment management.
- MBA or advanced degrees are preferred but not required.
