About the role
- Lead and oversee a distributed team of 2nd Line IT Support specialists
- Ensure consistent IT support delivery and coordinate activities across locations
- Serve as the key escalation point for technical and operational issues
- Supervise and coordinate workload and coverage of business-critical support
- Conduct regular team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Track and report on team performance and ticket resolution metrics
- Drive standardization of support processes and documentation
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge in IT support
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Communication skills for coordinating across sites
- Experience with IT support processes and standards
- Familiarity with global IT standards and compliance requirements
- Ability to work with multiple teams and locations
