About the role
- Manage a strategic client account, ensuring compliance with the company's commercial policy and achievement of national targets.
- Manage and monitor national accounts with a defined commercial strategy.
- Negotiate annual agreements and corresponding commercial terms.
- Present projects and secure their sale.
- Ensure reporting and forecasting, and propose necessary corrective actions.
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a Business School or equivalent.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in key account management, ideally in the Retail sector.
- Experience negotiating with food retail chains, DIY/hardware retailers or specialist retail chains.
- Knowledge of the DIY and home improvement market, with a solid understanding of field realities (major asset).
- Strong results orientation, with the ability to make decisions and take concrete action.
- Excellent negotiation skills; analytical and structured mindset.
- Ability to work in a team and within a matrix organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English required.
