About the role

  • Manage a strategic client account, ensuring compliance with the company's commercial policy and achievement of national targets.
  • Manage and monitor national accounts with a defined commercial strategy.
  • Negotiate annual agreements and corresponding commercial terms.
  • Present projects and secure their sale.
  • Ensure reporting and forecasting, and propose necessary corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) from a Business School or equivalent.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in key account management, ideally in the Retail sector.
  • Experience negotiating with food retail chains, DIY/hardware retailers or specialist retail chains.
  • Knowledge of the DIY and home improvement market, with a solid understanding of field realities (major asset).
  • Strong results orientation, with the ability to make decisions and take concrete action.
  • Excellent negotiation skills; analytical and structured mindset.
  • Ability to work in a team and within a matrix organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good command of English required.
