About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Optimize business processes and support system enhancements
  • Enable effective use of enterprise systems to drive business outcomes
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear system requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
  • Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and product owners to design, configure, and implement system solutions
  • Support end-to-end system lifecycle activities, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Monitor solution performance and recommend system enhancements based on business feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a similar role
  • Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements
  • Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and/or SAFe methodologies
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language (and vice versa)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
