About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Optimize business processes and support system enhancements
- Enable effective use of enterprise systems to drive business outcomes
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear system requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and product owners to design, configure, and implement system solutions
- Support end-to-end system lifecycle activities, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Monitor solution performance and recommend system enhancements based on business feedback
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a similar role
- Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements
- Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and/or SAFe methodologies
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language (and vice versa)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
