About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Optimize business processes and support system enhancements
Enable effective use of enterprise systems to drive business outcomes
Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Translate business needs into clear system requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with architects, developers, and product owners to design, configure, and implement system solutions
Support end-to-end system lifecycle activities, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Monitor solution performance and recommend system enhancements based on business feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a similar role
Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements
Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and/or SAFe methodologies
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language (and vice versa)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
