• Join this apprenticeship stream and build a specialist trade career maintaining high voltage substations and equipment across Queensland
• Complete a four-year apprenticeship achieving a Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician (UEE30820) and qualify for an unrestricted electrical licence
• Travel across Queensland with your team, earning while you learn in a supportive environment
• Work alongside experienced supervisors on Powerlink’s primary plant, combining on-the-job learning with TAFE training

• Work with secondary systems field team on communications equipment in substations
• Complete Certificate III in Electronics and Communications and further study required
• Travel across Queensland with field team
• Hands-on work connecting customers to live HV substations
• Collaborate with experienced specialists and complete internal and external training
