• Take care of the Bratislava HQ to ensure a welcoming, productive, and collaborative environment
• Listen to employees, build relationships, and create a sense of belonging
• Support people operations: people-related admin, payroll, documents, and contracts
• Manage vendors, office suppliers, and service providers to ensure high-quality support
• Plan and organize internal events (All-Hands, office breakfasts, Christmas parties, Hackathons, Company Offsites)
• Support the global team by designing workplace experience for remote colleagues
• Proactively identify ways to optimize workplace and community experience
