About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage full-cycle recruitment for global GTM positions across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Business Development, and related commercial functions.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and organizational priorities.
- Lead intake meetings, develop recruiting strategies, and drive efficient hiring processes from sourcing through offer stage.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Proven experience supporting fast-paced and high-growth hiring environments.
- Familiarity with recruiting across North America, Europe, and LATAM markets.
