Implementation Project Manager
PowerfleetImplementation Project Manager leading technical solutions in asset tracking for global customers. Managing complex programs with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction across various time zones.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage the full lifecycle implementation of technical products and services in industrial and enterprise environments.
- Oversee multiple customer programs simultaneously, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and quality objectives are met.
- Facilitate project initiation and closure, securing alignment and agreement from all stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and adoption.
- Serve as the primary customer contact for program status, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
- Organize and conduct program status reviews, team meetings, and customer updates.
- Maintain all project documentation and ensure clear, consistent communication internally and externally.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improving implementation efficiency while maintaining high service quality.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience leading full lifecycle, customer-facing program or project management in a technical environment.
- Experience with Industrial Engineering or Warehouse Management Systems is a plus.
- Strong ability to work independently, solve problems under pressure, and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with software application/system implementation methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, Visio, Teams, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Experience collaborating with remote teams across multiple time zones.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish and/or French-Canadian is a plus.
