About the role

  • Our Home is a portfolio of better-for-you snack brands delivering snacks across the U.S.
  • Support and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and other departments to provide best-in-class service to CPG customers
  • Act as a single source of contact for customer support across all Our Home brands
  • Manage order lifecycle: process orders and change requests accurately and timely; determine ship/delivery dates based on inventory and lead times
  • Work with internal teams to ensure delivery commitment dates are met and proactively follow up on unshipped orders
  • Coordinate on order status, expedites, special shipping instructions, contracts, credit issues, pricing discrepancies, and product availability
  • Resolve shipment issues for incorrect, missing, or damaged products and handle invoice pricing discrepancies with Shared Services
  • Meet order management metrics: acknowledge 100% of orders within 24 hours; maintain data accuracy >98%
  • Identify opportunities and suggest process improvements to benefit Our Home and its customers

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Entry, CPG, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ensure immediate and appropriate actions are taken to support our customers and business partners.
  • Must be able to prioritize, organize and work independently with minimal supervision and remain productive at all times
  • Ability to professionally and effectively interact with all levels of employee/personnel and customers (internal & external). Must be able to work in a team environment and possess problem solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must be focused and result oriented toward accomplishment of team and organizational goals. Develop a strong understanding of our customers, processes, products and system tools.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of factors in situations where limited standardization exists.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP order processing systems, NetSuite preferred
