About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You work with design, engineering, clinical, and operations stakeholders to gather requirements and business logic before work begins.
- You write and maintain the documentation that keeps teams aligned.
- You drive feature launches from testing through release.
- You own the systems that measure how features perform after they go live.
- You capture what was decided, by whom, and why. You translate those decisions into tickets with clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
- You use AI tools daily to accelerate your own work.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working in or alongside design and engineering teams. You understand how software gets built.
- Demonstrated AI fluency: You already use AI tools daily to write faster, research better, and automate parts of your and team's workflows. We will ask you to show us how.
- Strong written communication: Clear, direct, and precise.
- Experience writing requirements documentation and defining acceptance criteria.
- Proficiency with project and task management tools such as Linear, Jira, or Asana.
- The ability to create structure where there is none. You are not waiting for someone to hand you a system.
- Experience shipping products for operations or clinical teams as a key user.
- Have worked on small teams responsible for shipping outsized outcomes.
- Background in health tech, digital health, or clinical operations.
- Experience in a startup or early-stage company (Preferred).
- Background in product management, program management, product operations, or a related discipline (Preferred).
- Experience coordinating end-to-end product launches, including training and readiness (Preferred).
